To create a Springboard Delivery user account, register either with a browser at Springboard Delivery Hub or through the mobile app. Registration creates a fully-functional single-user organisation. A Premium organisation allows you to:
- add further users to the organisation
- enable the Hub API for integration to other systems
If you are joining an existing organisation, the admin of that organisation needs to add your user account.
Important Data Notice
Before proceeding with a mobile app update, make sure your data are synchronised, as data on the device will be overwritten.
The mobile app is available from Google Play.
If you cannot find it in Google Play Store, you can download the current APK file directly (size ~20MB). To install from the APK file, you will need to allow the installation of apps outside the Play Store, also known as "unknown apps". For example, if you are viewing this page from a browser app on the device, the browser app will need to be allowed to install unknown apps.
Due to the large number of available Android devices, it is not possible to test compatibility with all of them. We recommend that a sample device is sourced and tested for compatibility with the application before final purchase.
The minimum supported Android version is 5.0 (API level 21 - Lollipop).
On any device, it is important to ensure spare hardware capacity is available, both in terms of storage and not overloading the device with a large number of running apps. Here are examples of device models, which have been successfully used with Springboard Delivery:
- Zebra Technologies TC25, Android version 7.1.2 and 8.1.0
- Samsung SM-G930F, Android 8.0.0
- Huawei MAR-LX1A, Android 10
Aim to meet or exceed the hardware specifications of these devices.
